TuneFrame（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。

収集する情報

本アプリは、開発者が管理するサーバーへユーザーの個人情報または利用データを送信・保存しません。本アプリにアカウント登録はありません。

写真

• 本アプリで選択した写真は、お使いの端末内（およびウィジェット表示のための同一端末上の共有領域）にのみ保存されます。
• 写真が開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

Apple Music

• 曲やプレイリストの検索・再生は Apple の MusicKit を通じて行われます。これらの機能の利用には Apple Music の利用許可が必要です。
• 検索語句や再生リクエストは MusicKit を通じて Apple に送信される場合があります。Apple Music に関するデータの取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• 本アプリは、フレームに関連付けた曲名・アーティスト名・再生用 ID・アートワーク URL などを端末内に保存します。これらが開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

購入（アプリ内課金）

Pro の購入は App Store（StoreKit）を通じて Apple が処理します。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。

解析・広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、解析ツール・広告・第三者トラッキング SDK を一切使用せず、ユーザーを追跡しません。

データの保存と削除

本アプリのデータ（写真・設定など）は端末内に保存されます。お使いの端末のバックアップ設定によっては、Apple が提供するバックアップ機能の対象になる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、端末上の本アプリのデータは削除されます。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢にかかわらず追加の情報収集を行いません。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定時は本ページを更新します。

TuneFrame (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

Information We Collect

The App does not send or store your personal information or usage data on servers controlled by the developer. The App has no account sign-up.

Photos

• Photos you choose in the App are stored only on your device (including a shared container on the same device used to render the widget).
• Your photos are never sent to the developer or any third party.

Apple Music

• Searching and playing songs or playlists is performed through Apple’s MusicKit, which requires your Apple Music authorization.
• Your search terms and playback requests may be sent to Apple through MusicKit. Apple Music data is handled in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy.
• The App stores information such as the title, artist, playback ID, and artwork URL of the song linked to a frame on your device. This information is never sent to the developer’s servers.

Purchases

The Pro purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). The developer never receives your payment details such as card numbers.

Analytics, Ads, and Tracking

The App uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs, and does not track you.

Data Storage and Deletion

App data (photos, settings, etc.) is stored on your device. Depending on your device’s backup settings, it may be included in backups provided by Apple. Deleting the App removes the App’s data from your device.

Children’s Privacy

Because the App collects no personal information, it does not gather additional data from users of any age.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
